You can play a part in the resistance from home
For many of us, leaving the house to participate in the resistance (e.g. delivering groceries, patrolling, and attending rallies) isn’t a viable option. But there is a place for each of us in this movement.
Some days your act of resistance might be just feeding yourself and getting through the day. Other days you might be able to make a call, share some resources, or reach out to a friend.
Here are some ideas for ways you can make a difference. Remember that these are all important acts of resistance.
We are not in this alone.
SHARE YOUR OPINION
Let your legislators, news organizations, and businesses who are helping ICE know what you think.
AMPLIFY & EDUCATE
Help spread the word about events and mutual aid efforts.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
In order to show up to do the work, it’s important to prioritize your own care.
BE A VISIBLE ALLY
Make it clear where you stand with visual cues.

Create connections and strengthen community to fortify the resistance movement.
